We offer returns and refunds for specific cases to maintain hygiene and quality for all customers. Due to the nature of our cosmetic products (glitter and glues), we can only accept returns for unopened, unused items or those that arrive damaged or incorrect.

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- Damaged Product: Your lip kit or glue arrives broken, leaked, or defective (e.g., a cracked glitter pot).
- Wrong Item: You receive a different shade or product than ordered (e.g., pink glitter instead of gold).
- Unopened & Unused: The product is sealed, in original packaging, and unused (hygiene requirement).
When Returns Are Not Accepted
To protect all customers and comply with hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or Used Products: Lip kits or glues that have been opened, applied, or tampered with (e.g., used glitter or glue).
- Buyer’s Remorse: If you change your mind or dislike the shade after opening.
- Late Requests: Returns requested after 3 days from delivery.
- Missing Packaging: Items without original packaging, invoice, or free gifts (if included).
How to Request a Return

- Provide Details: Include
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., “Damaged glitter pot” or “Received wrong shade”).
- Clear images of the product, packaging, and damage (if applicable).
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days and send return instructions.
- Return Shipping:
- For damaged/wrong items, we cover return shipping (via our partner).
- For unopened returns, you pay return shipping costs (deducted from your refund).
- Send It Back: Ship the product in its original packaging to the address we provide.
Refund Process
- Once Received: We’ll inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days.
- Eligible Refunds:
- Damaged/Wrong Items: Full refund (including shipping) or replacement (your choice).
- Unopened Items: Refund minus return shipping costs.
- Refund Method: Processed via your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay UPI, card) within 2-3 business days after approval. Cash-on-delivery refunds go via bank transfer.
- Store Credit Option: Choose store credit for faster processing and a future sparkle purchase!
