At NiyaraLips, we aim to make your beauty product shopping experience seamless. This Cancellation Policy outlines how to cancel an order on NiyaraLips.com.

When You Can Cancel

  • Before Dispatch: Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations are not possible once shipped. See our Return and Refund Policy for return options (e.g., damaged items).

How to Cancel

  1. Email us: Send a request to contact@niyaralips.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9082566087 (WhatsApp only) with:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for cancellation (e.g., “Wrong item”).
  2. Confirmation: We’ll confirm within 1-2 business days via email.
  3. Note: Dispatched orders (with tracking email) cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • Eligible Orders: Full refund to your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay UPI, card, or bank transfer for COD) if cancelled before dispatch.
  • Processing: Refunds take 2-3 business days to process, with 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • No Fees: We don’t charge cancellation fees for eligible cancellations.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may include a confirmation call. If cancelled before dispatch, no charges apply.
  • Refused COD deliveries are treated as returns (see Return and Refund Policy for return shipping costs).
