Free Shipping

We’re thrilled to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India! NiyaraLips covers the shipping costs, so you can sparkle without extra fees.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Mumbai Orders: If you’re in Mumbai, expect delivery in 2-3 business days (May take more time if any delivery issues from the partner side).
• Speed Delivery: Need it faster? Choose our speed delivery option. Just mention in the comment during checkout. An additional fee will be charged to you separately (varies by location). Contact us at contact@niyaralips.com for details.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD Availability: We offer Cash on Delivery for select orders.
• Verification: To ensure a smooth process, we may call you to confirm your COD order before shipping.
• Payment: Pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery partner upon receipt.

Return to Origin (RTO)

• If an order is undelivered (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused), it will be returned to us.
• For RTO cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for next steps. You may need to cover return shipping costs for unopened items or reorder with updated details.
• To avoid RTO, ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your order’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within India.
• Some remote areas may have limited delivery options. We’ll notify you if your pincode is affected.
